Typical Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with accurate and efficient dispensing (under supervision).
• Provide customer service and basic health advice, escalating when needed.
• Support dispensary workflow: scripts in/out, labelling, and filing.
• Blister pack preparation and stock management (receipting, rotation, counts).
• Use pharmacy software for prescriptions, notes, and records.
• Contribute to health promotions, product education, and vaccination support.
• Maintain quality, safety, and confidentiality standards.
